We had our appointment today with the pediatric neurosurgeon, who told us Kiera does not need a helmet. She has been sleeping on her stomach, and the back of her head has gotten much rounder. The doctor said she'll always have a slightly asymetrical head (one side is flatter than the other), probably because of being squished in the womb, but nothing that hair can't cover.
