Last Sunday we set off for Liberty Science Center in Jersey City. It's an enormous facility that is rated as one of the 10 best science centers in the country. L&K had no idea what they were looking at, but loved playing with the numerous levers and buttons and interactive displays. We spent a good deal of time at a large bubble machine. Afterwards, we went to Rutts Hutt near Newark Jersey for deep fried hot dogs - we had seen the place featured on the Travel Channel and wanted to check it out. Even more than the hot dogs, the kids loved the three lollipops apiece that the owner gave them.
