We spent both Saturday and Sunday on Governor's Island. On Sunday, Kiera asked to wear her princess skirt, which was very cute. For the first time, we rode bikes with the twins on the back. They LOVED it and eventually both fell asleep in the bike seats. This weekend's attractions on the island included an interactive exhibit (drums pictured, as well as a mini golf course) made entirely from pallets and other recycled materials. On both days, we spent time at a waterfront "beach" overlooking the skyline.
