Last week was a crazy, wonderful week as we received a sign contract on our Manhattan apartment and on the same day signed a new contract for a new place in Brooklyn Heights. We found the extra space, terrace, fireplace and, most importantly, the "city's largest sandbox" (in the park outside our new building) irresistable. The timing was quite stressful, as we were dealing with wacky buyer issues on our apt, while the developer for our new one was threatening to raise prices on our unit. Next up: Selling our New Jersey place, which goes on the market for sale or rent Saturday. Monday, May 10, 2010
Brooklyn Bound
